Easily identify and evaluate collaborators’ skills.
With Optimiso, skills are assigned to each collaborator with the real proficiency level. For all employees, the job description and the skills matrix are automatically created. The software also allows you to define the skills necessary to carry out a process, a procedure, a service or for a given responsibility. This makes the comparison between necessary and real competence possible.
